Childhood Songs

PLAYING HORSIE
I came across the original lyrics for "Playing Horsie." The song is actually titled "I Faw Down An' Go Boom." Here are some sites that are interesting about it. This site has lyrics, and here is a YouTube video of an old recording.

CHIEF BUCKABOO
Chief Buckaboo (as Mom remembers it, although it is really called Chief Bugaboo) was really called Indianola. You can find the lyrics here.

OH PLAYMATE, COME OUT AND PLAY WITH ME
Mom mentioned another song she can remember Grandma Gilbert singing: "Oh Playmate, Come Out and Play With Me." I found these websites: This one has music and lyrics while this one has lyrics.
